Sessions are held via secure video. You’ll receive a link before your appointment. You only need a quiet space, a stable internet connection, and a device with a camera.

Yes. Your privacy is protected under Australian counselling standards. Limits to confidentiality (e.g., risk of harm) will be explained clearly during onboarding.

If the connection fails, we will reconnect or continue via phone. A clear plan is discussed in your first session.

Yes — only if you request it. All sessions are client‑led.
